Pocketful of Posies is an independent family-owned and operated floral design business that specializes in creating unique and beautiful arrangements for weddings, proms, banquets and corporate events. Our business has been built by paying special attention to the individual needs of our clients, including their budgetary constraints.
As a home and family based floral service, we understand the importance of trust and personal service when it comes to designing flowers for your special day. Because we don't have the demands of walk-in retail traffic that are common at a typical flower shop, we are able to give our full attention to your event... a fact that our clients have come to appreciate. Pat Schragl and her daughters Sherrie Bashor and Jen Scherbick, started Pocketful of Posies in December, 2000. Jen provided the creative force behind the new venture. She had worked with flowers since her teens, and had always dreamed of starting her own floral business. In discussing her ideas with the others, Jen's dream soon became a family reality, as Pat and Sherrie added their design talents and business experience to the mix. Together they determined that the values that they shared as a family would become the hallmarks of the business that they would share in as partners.
